Applicant must be a current or past resident of Carlisle, MA or Concord, MA pursuing undergraduate studies.

Recorded audition, band director's recommendation, and a 100 word essay on the following topic required: "What Jazz means in my life".

Applicants must be current students at an accredited college or university, take at least six credit hours and be enrolled in a bachelor's of fine art, bachelor's of studio art, master's of fine art or bachelor's or master's in music program. Art students must major in painting, drawing, sculpture, ceramics, photography or printmaking. Preference for music scholarships is given to those studying acoustic mandolin or acoustic guitar. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required.
