Applicant must be a resident of Blackford County planning to pursue post secondary education in composition, creative writing, english, journalism, or other writing-related fields.

 

Bosworth Memorial Scholarship

Applicant must be a resident of Blackford County who has participated in the arts and/or is intending to pursue post secondary education in the fine or dramatic arts.

Applicant must be a graduating senior of high school located in Blount, Loudon, or Knox (TN) County or a current college/university student who graduated from a high school located in any of those counties. Financial need is required.

 

Craighead Limestone Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduating senior of Sequoyah High School with a minimum 2.5 GPA. Financial need is required.

 

R.G. and Ruth Crossno Scholarship

Award: $1,400, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior of Anderson County High School with a minimum 2.0 GPA who will be enrolling as a full-time student at an accredited public or private college/university or community college. Financial need and history of volunteer or paid work are required to be demonstrated.

 

Michael D. Curtin Renaissance Student Memorial Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior of Anderson County High School who will be enrolling as a full-time student at an accredited public or private college/university or community college. Financial need is required.

 

Greene County Scholarship

Award: $1,500, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior of Chuckey-Doak High School, Greeneville High School, North Greene High School, South Greene High School, West Greene High School, or a resident of Greene County with a GED. Applicant must be planning to enroll as a full-time enrollment at an accredited public or private college/university or community college. Special consideration will be given to applicants demonstrating commitment to Greene County and non-traditional students. Financial need is required.

 

Jack F. and Edith Updyke Harmon Scholarship

Award: $5,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Tennessee High School in Bristol, TN; Virginia High School, and John S. Battle High School, both in Bristol, VA; Sullivan Central High School in Blountville, TN; or Bland High School in Bland, VA. Applicant must be pursuing full-time enrollment at one of the following institutions: Emory & Henry College, King College, East Tennessee State University, or the University of Tennessee College of Agriculture in Knoxville. Financial aid and minimum 3.0 GPA required.

 

Johnson County Education Growth Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a resident of Johnson County for a minimum of 12 months who is a graduating senior, returning adult student, or GED recipient with a minimum 2.0 GPA. Applicant must be planning to enroll as a full-time student at an accredited two- or four-year college or university. Financial need is required.

Award: $1,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior of Collierville High school who plans to be enrolled full-time at an accredited Tennessee public, not-for-profit university or community college pursuing a career as an educator or health care professional. Financial need is required.

Applicant must be a resident of Campbell or Claiborne Counties who is a graduating senior from Claiborne or Campbell County High Schools. Applicant must be planning to enroll as a full-time student at an accredited public or private, not-for-profit college, university, or nursing program.

 

Knox Central High Class of '50 Alumni Association Scholarship

Award: $2,500, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior of Central High School who plans to enroll as a full-time student at an accredited not-for-profit college, university, or community college. Financial need and interview are required.

 

Brandy Maples Memorial Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Carter High School who plans to enroll as a full-time student at an accredited not-for-profit college or university. Financial need and minimum 3.0 GPA required. Special consideration given to spirited female athlete.

 

McMinn County High School Alumni Fund Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior from McMinn County High School who is or used to be a full-time student at the school for a minimum of two years. Applicant must be planning to enroll as a full-time student at an accredited, not-for-profit college, university, vocational, or trade school. Financial aid is required.

 

Millers/Vicars Scholarship

Award: $1,800, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a resident of Scott County, VA, who is a graduating senior of one of the following high schools: Gate City High School, Rye Cove High School, or Twin Springs High School. Applicant must be planning to enroll as a full-time student at an accredited, not-for-profit college, university, vocational, or trade school. Financial need is required.
