UI Scholars Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must be a resident of Idaho graduating from high school with a minimum 32 ACT score, and a 1420 SAT 1 score.

 

Nutmeg Scholarship

Award: $20,000, Deadline: December 1

Applicant must be a Connecticut high school senior with exceptional academic accomplishments, and be an outstanding student.

 

Day of Pride Scholarship

Award: $20,000, Deadline: December 1

Applicant must be an outstanding Connecticut high school senior from a disadvantaged background who has proven academic ability in high school grades, test scores, class rank, and letters of recommendation. Selection is based upon commitment to diversity, multiculturalism, demonstrated leadership, contributions to community, and demonstrated financial need.

 

Leadership Scholarship

Award: -, Deadline: December 1

Applicant must have demonstrated commitment to diversity and multicultural programs. Selection is based upon leadership, special talents, and achievements in school and community. Applicant must have minimum score of 1100 on the SAT and rank in the top 15 percent of their class.

 

Indian Student Conference Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: April 1

Applicant must be Native American and send a letter of interest and a letter of support from a faculty advisor to each member of the committee. Award is to fund student attendance at the Western History Association (WHA) annual conference.

 

William Tasse Alexander Scholarship

Award: $6,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a resident of Mecklenburg County.

 

Richard Goolsby Scholarship

Award: $6,000, Deadline: February 1

 

Henry DeWitt Plyler Scholarship

Rotary Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduate of CPCC who plan a four-year degree at a senior college located in Mecklenburg County, N.C.

 

Carolinas-Virginias Hardware Scholarship

Award: $6,000, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must be the child of an employee of member firms of the National Retail Hardware Association.

 

Spirit Square Center for Arts and Education Scholarship

Award: $6,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a resident of Mecklenburg or surrounding counties.

 

Turner Family Scholarship

Award: $6,000, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must be the child of an employee of National Welders Supply Company, Inc., and National Realty Sales Corporation.

 

Fred C. Wikoff Jr. Scholarship

Award: $6,000, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must be the child of an employee of Wikoff Color Corp., and its subsidiaries.

 

Donald H. Bernstein and John Talbert Jr. Scholarship

Jewel Gardiner Memorial Fund Scholarship

Applicant must currently be enrolled in a Teacher Librarian Credential program in the CSLA Northern Section.

 

Dean's Talent Scholarship

Award: $11,500, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must be a full-time student who ranks in the top quarter of their high school class and has a minimum combined SAT Reasoning score between 1580 and 1790. An audition or portfolio is required.

 

Provost Talent Scholarship

Award: $14,500, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must be a full-time student who ranks in top 15% of class and has a minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1800. An audition or portfolio is required.

 

Boy Scout Eagle Award Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must be the recipient of a Boy Scout Eagle Award, and must be a full-time student who meets all the requirements for the Dean's Scholarship.

 

Girl Scout Gold Award Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: February 15

Applicant must be the recipient of a Girl Scout Gold Award and be a full-time student who meets all the requirements for a Dean's Scholarship. FAFSA is required.

 

NNYVFA Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: April 1

Applicant must be the child or close relative of a paid member of a NNYVFA fire department. Applicant must have the recommendation of the chief of a paid NNYVFA fire department.

 

Provost Scholarship

Award: $5,000, Deadline: March 1

Selection is based upon GPA and standardized test scores.

 

SCSPE Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: May 1

Applicant must be attending an ABET accredited school in South Carolina with a minimum of 60 hours of engineering undergraduate studies completed. Minimum 2.0 GPA required.

All-Teke Team Recognition

Applicant must be an active member of Tau Kappa Epsilon who have demonstrated excellence in academics. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

 

Ronald Reagan Leadership Award

Award: $1,500, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be an active member of Tau Kappa Epsilon who has demonstrated outstanding leadership. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

 

Charles R. Walgreen, Jr. Scholarship

W. Allan Herzog Scholarship

Applicant must be an active member of Tau Kappa Epsilon who is a full-time undergraduate student pursing a degree in accounting, finance or economics. Minimum 2.75 GPA required. Preference given to members of the Nu Chapter.
