Applicant must be a graduate or graduating senior from a Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Hamilton, Jefferson, Lewis, St. Lawrence, or Warren County, NY high school who will attend the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University to pursue a career in journalism.

Applicant must be a resident of Adirondack Park, Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Hamilton or St. Lawrence, NY who has been accepted by an accredited medical school.
