Applicant must be a resident of Floyd, Giles, Montgomery, or Pulaski Counties or a resident of the city of Radford who is a high school graduate or student with a GED. Applicant must be pursuing a career in nursing or a related health profession (excluding those who intend to become physicians). Financial need and above average academic ability are required.
Award: $500, Deadline: February 6

Applicant must be pursuing a post-secondary degree at Virginia Tech. Financial need, strong academic achievement, leadership qualities, and active involvement and participation in school/church/community service are required to be demonstrated.

Applicant must be a resident of the City of Radford or be a resident of one of the following counties: Floyd, Giles, Montgomery, Pulaski, or Grayson. Applicant must be pursuing a post-secondary degree at a two- or four-year college or university. Applicant must be able to demonstrate ability to overcome adversity. Minimum 2.5 GPA and additional essay are required to be submitted.
