EngagedMetrics will choose two applicants who have gained the greatest insight surrounding the benefits and importance of employee engagement. The final two applicants will use the EngagedMetrics platform to design and deploy an employee engagement survey for a fictitious company. The applicant with the greatest understanding of how to measure employee engagement and the most innovated survey will receive the award.
