Applicant must be a disabled Canadian citizen or a permanent resident for at least two years who is enrolled full-time at a Canadian degree-granting institution or a community college where he or she is following a degree program under the college-university transfer system.

Award amount is in Canadian dollars. Award may be used at Canadian degree-granting institutions only.
