Applicant must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and be graduating or have graduated within the last year, with a minimum grade average of A- in his or her top OAC's or Grade 13 subjects. Applicant must be a resident of Thunder Bay or one of the following school boards: Lakehead, Lakehead District Roman Catholic, Lake Superior, North of Superior District Roman Catholic Separate School, Geraldton, Geraldton District Roman Catholic Separate School, Nipigon-Red Rock, Hornepayne. Award amount is in Canadian dollars. Award may be used at Canadian degree-granting institutions only.
Award is for four years or until first degree is obtained, whichever occurs first; renewable if recipient maintains a minimum grade average of "B" and full-time enrollment and submits transcript and renewal report.
