Veterans Education Reimbursement Grant (VetEd)

Applicant must be a veteran who is a resident of Wisconsin; earn a 2.0 GPA for that semester or course; submit a WDVA Form 2200 or apply online; joint income cannot exceed $50,000 plus $1,000 for each dependent in excess of two dependents.

College Toolkit Scholarship for College Students

International Dissertation Fellowship

Applicant must be a full-time, female, researcher who is not a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

 

International Masters/Professional Fellowship

Award: $18,000, Deadline: December 1

Applicant must be a women who is not a United States citizen or permanent resident. Award is for full-time study or research in the United States.

 

Monsignor Treece Scholarships

Award: $14,000, Deadline: February 1

Applicant must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and a minimum combined SAT score of 1100 (composite ACT score of 21). Applicant must be able to maintain their GPA and full-time enrollment status. Merit Scholarships are awarded above and beyond other financial aid students receive. Merit awards serve to recognize individual students for their academic talent, service, or leadership achievements. Award amounts are determined on an individual basis and celebrate the strength and achievements of each admitted student, in and out of the classroom.

Applicant must be a minority woman who is enrolled as full-time, graduate or undergraduate geoscience major in an accredited, degree-granting college or university in Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, or West Virginia. Applicant must demonstrate awareness of the importance of community outreach by participation in geoscience or earth-science education activities that reflect AWG's goals and a potential for leadership as a future geoscience professional.

 

Penelope Hanshaw Scholarship

Applicant must be currently enrolled as full-time, graduate or undergraduate geoscience major in an accredited, degree-granting college or university in Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, or West Virginia. Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
