Applicant must live in campus owned housing, submit ACT scores, application, short essay, transcript, and three letters of reference. On-campus interview and FAFSA are required. Transfer applicants must have completed no more than two years of college.

 

Dependent of Assemblies of God Missionary Scholarship

Applicant must be under age 24, be the unmarried dependent of an active Assemblies of God missionary, and be claimed on his or her parents' tax return. Recipient must live in dormitory or campus housing. Transfer applicants must have completed no more than two years of college.

 

Valedictorian Scholarship

Applicant must be the valedictorian of his or her graduating class and must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.

 

Salutatorian Scholarship

Award: $250, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be the salutatorian of his or her graduating class, must attend Trinity within three years of high school graduation and must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.

 

Top 10% of Class Scholarship

Award: $200, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and must rank in the top tenth of his or her graduating class.

 

Ruth Roach Leadership Scholarship

Applicant must demonstrate academic achievement, civic involvement, extracurricular activities involvement, and talent. Essay, nomination, and letters of recommendation required.

 

Merit Scholarship

Applicant must have SAT I or ACT scores in the top 10% nationally, demonstrate strong Christian character, and must live on campus. Transcripts required.

Trustee Scholarship

Applicant must demonstrate outstanding academic achievement, aptitude for college, and leadership/service potential. Applicant must rank at or above the 90th percentile of class and have minimum composite ACT score of 27 (combined SAT score of 1220). Financial need is not considered. Written exam and interview are required.

Rose E. Safsrtom Memorial Scholarship

Evangel Temple Scholarship

Applicant must be a member of or faithfully attend an Assemblies of God church, must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, and must be an Arizona resident or the child of Arizona residents.

 

Mary E. Carr Scholarship

Award: $44,000, Deadline: January 15

Applicant must be able to demonstrate exceptional academic promise and extraordinary leadership ability. Selection will be based upon strength of candidate's essay and recommendations. Interview and campus visit prior to January 15 are required. Recipients generally rank at or near the top of their class, pursue the most rigorous course load available, and demonstrate sustained and outstanding leadership ability. Successful candidates typically represent the top two percent of the university's competitive academic pool.

 

Patricia Tvedt Ministerial Recruitment Scholarship
