This merit based program encourages top ranked high school seniors to attend college. To be eligible applicants must be a Missouri resident and a United States citizen or permanent resident; have a composite score on the ACT or SAT in either: the top 3 percent of all Missouri students, or the top 4th or 5th percentiles of all Missouri. Applicants must be members of the Iowa Golf Course Superintendents Association (GCSA). They must be Iowa residents or must be non-residents of Iowa who are enrolled at a postsecondary institution located in Iowa. They must be studying turfgrass management or a related subject. The program allows the children of faculty members, staff and administrators of Council for Christian Colleges & Universities (CCCU) affiliated colleges to attend a CCCU-affiliated college tuition free. The Tuition Waiver Exchange Program (TWEP) is open to undergraduate dependents of full-time faculty, staff and/or administrators who have been at the sending institution for one full year prior to TWEP participation. Students admitted under the program are automatically renewed for up to four years as long as the student remains in good standing. Students apply directly to the institution(s) of their choice and must meet normal admissions requirements. Roy W. Likins Scholarship

Award: $25,000, Deadline: May 15

Applicants must be undergraduate upperclassmen or graduate students who are enrolled at an accredited postsecondary institution located in Florida. They must be majoring in a subject that is related to the drinking water industry and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a four-point scale. Previous recipients of this award are ineligible. Selection is based on academic achievement, extracurricular activities, character and stated career goals.

They must be rising juniors or seniors who have a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a four-point scale. Applicants must be pursuing a first bachelor's degree. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application.

This program helps students from low and moderate income families pay for educational expenses. Applicants must be Minnesota residents who are graduates of a secondary school or its equivalent or are at least 17 years of age. Applicants must be enrolled as undergraduates for at least three credits and must not have received a baccalaureate degree at the time of application. Applicants must also complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the MN Dream Act. The maximum award ranges from $7,343 at a public two year college to $11,753 at a private four-year college.
