Applicant must be a male and a citizen of the United States and be applying to or accepted at an accredited college (excluding proprietary schools) in the United States. Undergraduate applicants must be full-time students and graduate applicants may be full or part-time students. Undergraduate students must possess a GPA of 2.5 (C+) and graduate students must possess a GPA of 3.0 (B). NAACP membership is highly desirable and the applicant must demonstrate financial need.
