Applicant must be a U.S. citizen who is eligible to pursue graduate study at a participating NPSC-member university. Minimum 3.0 GPA, application, transcripts, GRE general exam scores, and three to five letters of recommendation required.
Award includes tuition and fees plus stipend.
Recipient must maintain acceptable academic standing and full-time status to retain fellowship.
Awarded quarterly.
