Applicant must be a current student, in good standing, at one of the four OSGC member universities and enrolled in a minimum of nine hours. Self-nomination, faculty recommendation, an essay describing research or career interest in aerospace related research or education, grade point average and/or GRE score, and three letters of recommendation which include an OSGC evaluation form are required.
Recipients are required to commit a certain number of hours each semester to supporting space-related activities within the state.
Recipient must reapply to be considered for renewal.
