Applicant must be a graduate of Doniphan-Trumbull High School in Nebraska.

 

Gewecke Memorial Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduate of Wood River Rural High School pursuing an agricultural, automotive or technology field of study.

 

A.M. Hargis Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior, nontraditional student or returning adult from Adams, Blaine, Boone, Buffalo, Clay, Custer, Dawson, Franklin, Furnas, Garfield, Gosper, Greeley, Hall, Hamilton, Harlan, Howard, Kearney, Loup, Merrick, Nance, Nuckolls, Phelps, Platte, Polk, Sherman, Valley, Webster or Wheeler County, NE who will pursue a certificate, diploma or associate degree in business, health, travel or tourism.

 

Merrick Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be enrolling or currently enrolled at Central Community College in Grand Island, NE pursuing education in automotive, business, drafting, diesel, electronics, electrical, industrial, manufacturing or welding.

 

Rebman Trust Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a resident of Hall County, NE pursuing post-secondary education in auto mechanics or nursing.

 

Woodyard Family Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a Hall County, NE high school graduate who will attend a four-year college or university in Nebraska. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

 

Ralph & Gladys Borden Memorial Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must reside in the boundaries of the former New Market School District.

 

Dorothy J. Salomon Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a graduating senior or post-graduate from Clarinda or New Market High School who is pursuing post-secondary education at an accredited college or university.

 

Beverly Shaw Nursing/Medical Scholarship

Award: $1,200, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a resident of Fremont, Montgomery, Page or Taylor County, IA who will pursue post-secondary education in a medical-related field.

 

Mary Montgomery Memorial Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be a female member of or affiliated with the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Clarinda, IA who will pursue post-secondary education at an accredited college or university.

 

Daughters of the Holy Cross - Sara Hempley Scholarship

Applicant must be a resident of South Carolina attending an accredited post-secondary institution. Financial need must be demonstrated.

 

First Choice Member Scholarship

Applicant must be a current First Choice member enrolling in an accredited post-secondary institution. Minimum 2.0 GPA required.

 

Handel-Carter Assistance Fund Scholarship

Applicant must be living in a residence operated by St. Lawrence Place, the Women's Shelter, or Habitat for Humanity of Central South Carolina.

Applicant must be an employee or dependent of an employee of the former Carolina Coca-Cola Bottling Company who will attend an accredited post-secondary institution. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

 

Estelle Jones Memorial Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: March 15

Applicant must be a graduate from a Richland County high school who will attend an accredited post-secondary institution. Financial need must be demonstrated.

 

Estelle Jones Non-Traditional Students Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: March 15

Applicant must be a resident of Richland County School District One who holds a GED equivalent and will attend an accredited post-secondary institution. Financial need must be demonstrated.

 

Grace Brooks and E. Perry Palmer Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: March 15

Applicant must be a graduate from a high school in the Community Foundation's 11-county service area who will pursue a degree in Philosophy and Religion at Claflin University, or a postgraduate seminary degree at an accredited institution. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

 

Rogers and Meredith College Fund

Award: $3,000, Deadline: March 15

Applicant must be a graduating senior or high school graduate who is the dependent of an active employee of Consolidated Systems, Inc. and will attend a post-secondary institution. Minimum 2.25 GPA required.

 

Louetta Slice Scholarship Fund

Award: $3,000, Deadline: March 15

Applicant must be a resident of the Greater Chapin area of Ballentine, Chapin, Little Mountain, Peak, Prosperity or White Rock, SC who is 21 years of age or older and will attend an accredited post-secondary institution. Financial need must be demonstrated.

 

The Smart Matters Scholarship Fund

Award: $3,000, Deadline: March 15

Applicant must have attended one of the Smart Matters schools: A.C. Moore, Arden, Bradley, Burton-Pack, Caughman, Lewis-Greenview, Meadowfield, Mill Creek, Pine Grove, or South Kilbourne Elementary and will attend a post-secondary institution. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

 

Maquoketa Area Piano Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: April 2

Applicant must have participated in the Maquoketa Area Piano Festival. Minimum 2.5 GPA required.

 

Grace Tubbs Memorial Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: March 15

Applicant must be a graduating senior from Maquoketa High School who a nontraditional student who resides in the Maquoketa area. Financial need must be demonstrated.
