Archaeology, Research and Education Internships

Interns work with the professional research staff to conduct field work at ancestral Pueblo archaeological sites and conduct laboratory analysis of the artifacts collected. Education interns work with the professional education and research staff to teach archaeology, including field and laboratory work to students who are enrolled in Crow Canyon programs.

Applicant must be a current member of the AMVETS Ladies Auxiliary who is expanding or updating career skills or re-entering the work force. Applicant must have completed one semester or quarter at an accredited technical school, business school, or four-year college or university.

 

Automotive Hall of Fame Educational Fund

Applicant must show a sincere interest in an automotive career, be enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university in the United States, and maintain satisfactory academic progress. Application, two letters of recommendation, and most recent transcripts are required to be submitted.

 

Fine Arts/Drama Scholarship

Applicant must demonstrate dramatic talent by audition and intend to participate in college drama activities.

 

Spouses Education Scholarship

Applicant must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and live in or attend school in a district represented by an African-American member of congress. Contact the Congressional Black Caucus member of your district at school or home for further information.

 

A.O. Duer Award

Award: $1,000, Deadline: June 15

Applicant must be an outstanding junior student of any NAIA intercollegiate athletic team with a minimum 3.75 GPA. Selection is based upon scholarship, character, and playing ability.

 

Zuni Tribal Scholarship

Award: $3,000, Deadline: October 30 (spring semester); April 30 (summer semester); June 30 (fall semester)

Applicant must be a tribal member who is a current college student or entering college freshman.

 

Gen and Kelly Tanabe Scholarship

Applicants must be 9th-12th grade high school students, college students or graduate school students who are legal U.S. residents. Students may study any major and attend any college in the U.S.

 

Polish Women's Alliance of America Scholarship

Applicant must be a full-time undergraduate student who has been a member of P.W.A. of A. for at least five years, is in good standing, and has at least $3,000 in insurance coverage with P.W.A. of A. Recipients must agree to keep a minimum of $3,000 insurance coverage in force for at least ten years from the date of their most recently received P.W.A. of A. scholarship.

 

Thomas Wood Baldridge Scholarship
