Award: $4,000, Deadline: February 5
Applicant either must have graduated from high school at least one year prior to application date and were unable to go to college because of financial considerations or had to leave college because of financial considerations. Applicant must reside on campus in a double room and must complete 25 hours of community service each year. Applicant must apply for financial aid via FAFSA each year and apply for additional scholarships.

Applicant must be a Preston County, WV high school graduate who is regularly enrolled as an undergraduate student in a college or university and pursuing studies in the areas of agriculture, construction, electrical/related trades, or engineering. Selection based upon excellence, commitment and leadership through involvement in school and community organizations; high academic promise; and submission of financial information.
