Applicant must be a current high school student in the United States who will be attending an accredited four-year college or university this year. Imagine you had $1,000 to spend to help spread the word about the dangers of drunk driving or teenage binge drinking. What is the most creative and effective way to use that $1,000 to educate, engage or spread the word about drunk driving or teenage binge drinking? Think of a Project Idea you could complete by June 30 and make a 2-3 minute video explaining your idea. Tell us how your project can make an impact and why it is deserving of our $1,000 funding.

Applicant must be an undergraduate or graduate student in the United Sates or Canada. Essay on one of the following topics required: "The improved standard of living, lifestyle and health benefits from using a hot tub" or "Why it's important to buy a custom hot tub cover?" Selection based on creativity and originality.

 

Log Cabin Rustics Scholarship

Award: $300, Deadline: March 31

Applicant must be an undergraduate architecture, design, building, or construction student at one of the following schools: Arapahoe Community College, Boise State University, Cal Poly - Pomona, Eastern Michigan University, Eastern University, Highline Community College, Lawrence Technological University, LDS Business College, Le Moyne College, Loyola University Chicago, Miami Dade College, Oklahoma State University, Onondaga Community College, Rice University, Ringling College, University of Nebraska - Lincoln, University of Nevada - Las Vegas, University of Virginia, University of Wyoming, Utah State University, Utah Valley University, Vermont Technical College, or Western Illinois University. Essay on the following question required: What rustic design elements would you incorporate either in architectural or interior design to bring a classic log cabin feel into an urban setting?

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident who is a full-time student majoring in marketing, graphic design, or related major at an accredited university or college in the United States. Minimum 3.0 GPA and infographic that shows how marketing has changed from your parent's generation to yours are required.

Applicant must be a Canadian or U.S. citizen or permanent resident enrolled in a Canadian or U.S. college or university for this fall. Minimum 3.0 GPA and short essay about your ideas about the benefits of employee evaluations are required.

 

Grapevine Surveys Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: July 30

Applicant must be a Canadian or U.S. citizen or permanent resident enrolled in a Canadian or U.S. college or university for this fall. Minimum 3.0 GPA and short essay that expresses your ideas about how employee surveys benefit both a company and its employees are required.

 

Car Accident Injury Survivor Scholarship

Award: $500, Deadline: December 31

Applicant must be a United States citizen or permanent resident who is currently enrolled in an accredited college or university within the United States with a minimum 2.75 GPA. Applicant must have sustained injuries from a car or truck accident.

 

Fueling the Minds of the Future Scholarship

Award: $2,000, Deadline: March 14

Applicant must be a current high school senior from the Chicagoland area who is planning to enroll as a full-time student in an accredited two- or four-year college or university, trade school or vocational school int he United States. Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA and financial need are required.

 

JonesTShirts Scholarship

Award: $1,000, Deadline: September 8

Applicant must be enrolled at a college or university at the time of the deadline. Essay on the following required: Describe at least three steps that you plan to take in the next year to start a path towards having a career that you love. What are your passions that could be turned into a career? What are some ideas you have for a business based on things that you love and are skilled at? Applicant must post their essay online in order to qualify.

Applicant must be a graduating senior of Montrose or Olathe High Schools who has been accepted to a four-year Colorado college or university. Applicant must be declaring a major in math, science, business, or engineering. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.

 

Ken Gale Chamber Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduating senior at Montrose County School, or a Montrose County School graduate attending Mesa State College, Montrose Campus. Applicant must be planning to attend a post-secondary institution in the fall of the year the scholarship is awarded. Community service and athletic involvement are required.

Applicant must be a resident of Henderson County who attended public school in Henderson County beginning no later than the fourth grade, continuing through graduation from high school. Demonstration of reasonable need required.

Applicant must be a high school senior who is graduating from a public school in Henderson County. Financial need is required.

Selection based upon scholastic ability, financial need, character, leadership ability, and participation in extra-curricular activities.

Applicant must be a graduating senior of a Henderson County public school who is planning to attend a four-year accredited university within the University of North Carolina System. A successful applicant is a student who ranks in the top 15% of their secondary school class and has financial need. Preference will be given to a student who is pursuing a degree in the arts, education, engineering, the sciences, or medicine.

Applicant must be a graduate from a school in Henderson County who shows strong academic standing and demonstrates financial need. Primary consideration granted to applicants in the top 15% of their secondary school class.

Applicant must be a graduating senior or a graduate of a public or private high school in Henderson County, NC. Applicant must be a candidate for an associate, bachelors, advanced, or professional degree from a fully-accredited college, university, technical institute, or community college. Minimum 3.8 GPA and demonstration of financial need are required. Preference will be given to full-time students; part-time students will be considered.
