Applicant must be a transfer student. Minimum award amount granted to applicants with a minimum 3.0 GPA and 15 transferable credit hours; maximum award amount granted to applicants with a minimum 2.75 GPA and 30 transferable credit hours.

Applicant must be enrolled in a minimum of six hours (undergraduate) or three hours (graduate), have a minimum 2.0 GPA, and be a single parent with custody of minor children. Applicant must demonstrate financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
