Marion Huber Learning Through Listening Award

Applicant must have a specific learning disability, be registered with Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic for at least one year prior to application, demonstrate leadership, enterprise, and service skills, and have an overall minimum "B" grade average.

 

Mary P. Oenslager Scholastic Achievement Award (SAA)

Award: $6,000, Deadline: March 1

Applicant must be legally blind and be registered with Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic for at least one year prior to application. Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and a have a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university. Leadership, enterprise, and service skills are required to be demonstrated.

 

Barnett Scholars Program Scholarship

Award: $1,200, Deadline: March 1

Undergraduate applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, demonstrate academic promise, be enrolled full time, and be pursuing a B.A. or B.S. degree. Graduate applicants must have a B.A. or B.S. from an accredited school, be accepted into a graduate degree program, and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA.

OSA Fellow Travel Grant

Award: $2,000, Deadline: April 30

Applicant must be an OSA Fellow interested in lecturing in less-developed countries. Presentation of a written proposal, statement of purpose, estimated travel expenses, and host organization required. A trip report must be submitted upon return, and recipient may be asked to draft a short article on trip experiences.
