United Methodist Award

Applicant must be an active member in their church. Letter from pastor clearly stating their active membership in the church is required.

Applicant must have a minimum 2.50 GPA and a minimum combined SAT score of 760 (composite ACT score of 16). Applicant must be a full-time freshman or full-time, transfer junior.

 

Talent Award

Applicant must be present for either an on-campus audition (for music and theatre) or a portfolio review (for art and journalism).

Selection is based upon academic average, class rank, and test scores. Applicant must have exhibited superior academic qualities while in secondary school.

 

Trustee Scholarship

Applicants must rank in the top quarter of their high school class and have SAT/ACT scores consistent with their academic performance. Transfer applicants are expected to earn a cumulative 3.0 GPA.

 

Presidential Leadership Award

Applicant must be an academically successful student with a record of outstanding contributions in school, religious, or community activities as determined by the Dean for Enrollment Management. Preference is given to first or second quintiles.

 

Emerson Scholarship
