Applicant must be directly entering the four year program in the Faculty of Arts from high school, have a minimum 85% average, be registered in a minimum of twelve credit hours per semester, and have financial need.

Renewable for three additional years if recipient maintains a minimum 75% average, has a minimum 24 credit hours per year, and remains in the four year program in the Faculty of the Arts.
