Applicant must be a legal resident of Alaska, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, or Wyoming, have a minimum 3.4 GPA, rank in top quarter of secondary school class, have a minimum composite ACT score of 24 (combined SAT I score of 1100), and submit essay, transcript, and letter of recommendation.
Renewable until recipient completes bachelor's degree if he or she maintains a minimum 3.0 GPA and continues to hold legal residence in a WUE state.
