Applicant must be a domestic non-resident student who is not invited to the Honors College. Minimum 3.5 GPA and minimum composite ACT test score of 24 (combined SAT Reasoning score of 1100) required.
Renewable if recipient maintains a minimum 3.0 GPA and full-time enrollment.
