To be eligible for an Oregon Opportunity Grant, an applicant must be a permanent legal resident of Oregon; be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen; have applied for financial aid using the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA); not be in default of any federal or state student loans; be enrolled for at least six (or the equivalent) credit-hours; and demonstrate financial aid need as determined by the federal methodology need analysis criteria. Grants are for $2,100.
