Applicant must have a minimum 3.2 GPA and demonstrate a strong academic and/or leadership background.

$500 - full tuition

Renewable for up to two years if recipient maintains a minimum 3.0 GPA, completes at least 15 credit hours per semester, and completes 50 hours of community service per year.
