Applicant must be a high school senior who is a resident of Utah and graduating in the top ten percent of their class.
Applicant must be nominated by their high school principal, who will forward the names of the top ten percent of all graduating seniors of their high school to the University's Admissions Office.
Renewable if recipient maintains a minimum 3.2 GPA and completes 24 hours of coursework to renew this waiver in the amount of $750 for the second year; it cannot be renewed thereafter.
