Applicants must be dependents of workers who died or were permanently disabled in a compensable work-related accident in Louisiana. They must be Louisiana residents 16 to 25 years of age, maintain a C average or higher and demonstrate financial need. Applicants must plan to work toward an associate's or bachelor's degree, certificate or license at an accredited Louisiana institution of higher learning.
