Applicant must be a United States citizen or legal permanent resident who is a graduating high school senior, GED recipient or undergraduate enrolling in an accredited undergraduate program with a minimum 2.5 GPA. Applicant must be a current resident of affordable housing meaning the resident family must have been income qualified to move onto the property or is receiving rental assistance through a recognized Federal housing program (Section 8, Rent Supplement, Rental Assistance Payments, or Low Income Housing Tax Credit program).
