Applicant must be an entering freshman with at least a 2.75-2.99 high school GPA, an 18-20 ACT (860-970 SAT) and have an adjusted income of $36,000 or less on the tax form.
Recipient receives up to $1,375 per semester at an eligible four-year postsecondary institution or an eligible two-year postsecondary institution that offers on-campus housing. Up to $688 per semester at an eligible two-year postsecondary institution.
