Applicant must be graduating from Robinson High School (Fairfax County, Va.) and have been an active leader in the Students Against Drunk Driving (SADD) organization for two years prior to high school graduation. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or eligible noncitizen, should have a minimum combined SAT I score of 1100, and must be recommended by his or her high school counselor or principal. Applicant must submit FAFSA.
