Applicants must have been full, active members and leaders in the United Methodist Church for at least three years. They must be U.S. citizens, permanent residents or members of the Central Conferences. Students must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate degree program at an accredited U.S. institution with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
