Applicant must be a high school senior, a Washington state resident or be nominated by a participating Native American tribe. Selection is based upon academic strengths, interests, leadership abilities, extracurricular activities, and community involvement.
Maximum award: Comprehensive tuition
Renewable for up to three additional years if recipient maintains a minimum 3.2 GPA (minimum 3.5 GPA for some awards).
