Applicant must be a first-time, domestic, undergraduate degree-seeking student entering the university in the fall. Applicant must be a non-Michigan resident with a cumulative 3.0 GPA and an ACT composite score of 22 (combined SAT Reasoning score of 1020). Admission application file is required to be submitted.
Renewable if recipient maintains a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA, completes 24 credit hours each academic year, and remains a non-Michigan resident.
