Applicant must be an incoming freshman who is a full-time student and is living on-campus. Selection is based upon a combination of ACT/SAT (Critical Reading and Math) and recalculated high school GPA.

Award is per academic year.

Renewable if recipient maintains a minimum 3.2 GPA.
