Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident with a Ph.D. or M.D. degree and demonstrate a commitment to a career in neuroscience related to ethnic minority mental health. Award is to increase the representation of ethnic minorities in the field of neuroscience. Applicant must submit an essay, references and transcripts.
Award includes financial support for two years, small budget for travel and related expenses, and access to resources and training.
Award renewable for one more year as long as satisfactory progress and evidence that the applicant is seeking other grant-based support.
