Applicant must be a day transfer student from a two-year college who has a minimum 3.5 GPA, who has earned either an Associate in Arts or Associate in Science degree. Applicant must be a member of the Phi Theta Kappa honor society.
Renewable up to two years. Recipient must maintain a minimum 3.2 GPA while remaining a full-time day student.
