Applicant must be a U.S. citizen, a member of Phi Theta Kappa at previous accredited two-year institution, and have a minimum 3.5 GPA with 30 credit hours completed.
In-state residents: Full tuition. Out-of-State Residents: One-half non-resident tuition plus $1,000
Renewable if recipient maintains minimum 3.2 GPA, complete at least 15 credit hours each semester, and complete at least 50 hours of community service each academic year.
