Pay it Forward Scholarship

Applicant must be a graduate of Clarion-Limestone High School or Keystone Oaks High School who clearly understands and demonstrates the concept of Pay it Forward. Applicant must have a minimum 2.75 secondary school GPA and minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 900 (composite ACT score of 19). Essay required.
