Applicants must be undergraduate or graduate students enrolled in an accredited college or university and be U.S. or Canadian citizens. Students must also be student CEC members who have contributed to the organization and exceptional children. Applicants must submit a list of their Student CEC activities and/or other involvement with programs for those with disabilities and a short autobiography focusing on their interest in special education.
