Applicant must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident. Preference given to applicants who hold a master's degree and would normally be pursuing doctoral studies. Applicants majoring in business administration or health administration must have completed master's degree.
Award may be used at Canadian universities only.
Award amount is in Canadian dollars.
Renewable for two additional years if recipient reapplies.
