ODKF Scholarship

Applicant must be a United States citizen who is a resident of Hawaii and attending an accredited school full-time. Personal letter of intention, a list of competitive sports and awards, a letter from an athletic coach or trainer, tax return, transcripts, two letters of reference, and a recent photo are required to be submitted.

Renewal is not automatic; recipient must meet criteria in order to renew the award.
