Applicant must be nominated by his/her high school to become a candidate for this scholarship. Applicant must be attending a public high school in the county of King, Pierce or Snohomish in the state of Washington, be a U.S. citizen, and be planning to attend college in the state of Washington. Applicants majoring in music, sculpture art, interior decorating, and domestic science are not eligible. Selection based on financial need, academic record, college test scores, school and community activity.
Renewable for up to four years if recipient maintains minimum 3.0 GPA and continues to be enrolled in a Washington college or university on a full-time basis.
