Midwest Student Exchange Program

Applicant must be a resident of Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, or Nebraska. Secondary school applicant must have a minimum 3.5 GPA or rank in the top quarter of class and have a minimum composite ACT score of 24. Transfer applicant must have completed at least 24 credit hours and have a minimum 3.25 GPA.

Renewable if recipient completes at least 30 credit hours each year with a minimum 3.25 GPA.
