Applicant must be currently enrolled (or planning to enroll) in an accredited post-secondary program. Minimum 3.0 GPA and 500-word essay that answers the following question are required: How is the meaning of the word community changing in today's world, and what does that mean for people who wish to build strong, healthy communities? Applicant must possess an interest in community building.
