Applicant must be a National Merit finalist or semifinalist.

Full tuition for finalist, three-quarters tuition for semifinalist, and $1,000 for commended.

Renewable if recipient maintains full-time enrollment and a minimum 3.2 GPA in the first two years and a minimum 3.4 GPA in the last two years.
