Applicants must be pursuing a college degree, be a current member of U.S. Figure Skating, have competed at the sectional level, be participating in volunteer work in skating if no longer skating and have a 3.0 or higher GPA. Selection is based on financial need, academic success and continuing participation in competitive figure skating or U.S. Figure Skating.
