Applicant must be a woman maintaining a legal residence in Massachusetts for at least five years and must be sponsored by the president of the General Federation of Women's Clubs of Massachusetts club in her community of legal residence. Applicant must also submit letter of reference, personal letter, and transcript. Interview is required. SASE required.
