Applicant must be an incoming freshman or transfer student who has excelled both academically and in other aspects of life. A freshman applicant must have a minimum 3.8 GPA, a minimum SAT Reasoning score of 1850 based on a single-test combined score including writing score, and a minimum ACT score of 28.
Renewable annually if recipient maintains a 3.0 GPA.
