Applicant must be nominated by the high school they attended in Canada. This scholarship awards students who are Aboriginal, persons with a disability or members of a racial minority. Applicant must have academic distinction, contributed to their school and community, and demonstrate the potential to become a leader in society.
Award includes the opportunity for a summer research assistantship after the first year of study (approximately $6,000 stipend).
Renewable each year for four years.
